MINT CULTURE

At Mint, our culture is rooted in connection, recognition, and shared success. We intentionally create space to celebrate achievements, communicate openly, and collaborate meaningfully across our team. Through initiatives like our Monthly Mint University, we invest in learning and growth. Quarterly team events, annual family traditions, and service projects give us opportunities to connect beyond day-to-day work, strengthening relationships and giving back to our community.

celebrating our team

Recognition is a cornerstone of the Mint culture, grounded in our belief that great work should be seen and celebrated. Our ongoing program highlights team contributions through Employee of the Month, monthly spotlights, our coin recognition program, and Nectar, where peers celebrate each other in real time. We also showcase our success through ribbon cuttings, groundbreaking events, and industry awards. At Mint, recognition is intentional and consistent—strengthening our team and celebrating the impact we make together.
