It has been a pleasure to work with on numerous projects with the Mint Construction pre-construction team. Mint has the experience to bring valid information to the pre-construction meetings in order to hit vital deadlines and keep the project moving on schedule and under budget. The Mint team has shown that they can work on difficult projects and find ways to hit the schedule and budget while also incorporating the needs of the building owner.
We have enjoyed working on a few different projects with Mint. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional, we can count on them to do what they say they are going to do. Mint Construction completed the second phase of a hotel for us in Moab, Utah, which is a difficult location to build given the lack of qualified local sub-contractors in that market. They did a great job for us and earned our trust and confidence having delivered the project on time and on budget. We have engaged them on another project and expect to continue to use them in the future.
