It has been a pleasure to work with on numerous projects with the MiNT Construction pre-construction team. MiNT has the experience to bring valid information to the pre-construction meetings in order to hit vital deadlines and keep the project moving on schedule and under budget. The MiNT team has shown that they can work on difficult projects and find ways to hit the schedule and budget while also incorporating the needs of the building owner.
We have enjoyed working on a few different projects with MiNT. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional, we can count on them to do what they say they are going to do. We appreciate that buildings have been delivered on time and within the agreed upon budget. We would definitely work with MiNT again in the future.
MiNT Construction completed the second phase of a hotel for us in Moab, Utah, which is a difficult location to build given the lack of qualified local sub-contractors in that market. They did a great job for us and earned our trust and confidence having delivered the project on time and on budget. We have engaged them on another project and expect to continue to use them in the future. Good people with experience, intelligence and integrity, willing to work hard to meet and exceed expectations.
From the initial consultation, MiNT Construction took the time to understand my vision and specific needs for my orthodontic space. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project.
Throughout the construction process, MiNT Construction maintained clear and consistent communication. They kept me informed of progress, addressed any concerns promptly, and adhered to the project timeline meticulously. Their dedication to quality craftsmanship was evident in every phase of the build, and the final result is a beautifully designed, state-of-the-art orthodontic office that perfectly reflects my brand.
We have had a great experience working with MiNT. They have been great at communicating or addressing issues that arise (like all things in life, nothing is perfect). They are quick to respond and get to work. They have been fun, calming, and reassuring through this process. We have been impressed and would choose Mint all over again!
MiNT worked seamlessly with our design and development team to make sure we had a smooth transition with a high-quality product. Offered suggestions to maximize funds and time available. Helped craft a budget to meet our needs for this project that was on an exceptionally tight schedule. Took all the time our team needed to understand every aspect of the process. Thanks for everything.
The team at MiNT, from project management and daily superintendent oversight to their paperwork processes and overall vision for the relationship between the GC, subcontractors, and owners, is 10 out of 10!
